About the Charity Golf ClassicIn 2009, MJ's brother Jim Stermer introduced a golf tournament in memory of LFFP founder MJ Parks beloved mother Mary Virgine Stermer. The tournament has been hosted in Delaware by Jim, Minnesota by Chester and Suzanne Stermer and now comes to Washington, DC where LFFP's home base is.
In 2018, Matt Moosavian and Caity Dee put together the first LFFP Charity Golf Classic in Maryland. We couldn't be more excited to keep the tradition of a golf tournament to benefit an organization who is changing our communities one child at a time. |
