2026 Peace Camp Theme: Planting Seeds of Peace
Ready to make a difference this summer? Join the Peace Camp Team and help inspire the next generation of peacebuilders. As a staff member, you will help create a joyful, inclusive environment where children ages 5 to 14 develop skills for friendship, emotional awareness, cooperation, and conflict resolution through art, storytelling, cooperative games, Peace Circles, our Peace Museum, and nature exploration.
Whether you are a teen leader, college student, educator, returning counselor, or adult who cares about community and peace, Peace Camp offers an opportunity to grow your leadership skills, build meaningful connections, and be part of a supportive team committed to creativity, compassion, and positive impact.
Most Peace Camp roles are service-focused volunteer opportunities, with appreciation compensation sometimes available depending on experience, responsibilities, and camp resources. Our priority is keeping Peace Camp accessible through scholarships while supporting our team as resources allow.
