2024 Peace Camp Internship
June 2024- August 2024: Rolling Application
Interning with Peace Camp will require the minimum commitment of 2 weeks. Main responsibilities will include leading or co-leading a group of campers, as a team leader would do, as well as helping behind the scenes with organization, administration, and the possibility of participating in other LFFP programs, such as at the McKenna Center (homeless shelter in DC) and various workshops. Interns may apply as volunteers or arrange class credit with their college or university. This experience would be valuable in particular to future teachers, social workers, child psychologists, and those interested in pursuing degrees in education or peace studies.
