Retreats & Reflection Days
Immersive experiences that give young people the chance to pause, reflect, and grow in peace leadership
About the Program
Our retreats and reflection days create a safe, supportive space for participants to slow down, step away from daily pressures, and reconnect with themselves and others. Through guided peace circles, mindfulness practices, and interactive activities, youth explore the values of compassion, nonviolence, and leadership rooted in peace.

Example in Action
Young Leaders for Peace – Bishop McNamara High School
LFFP partnered with Bishop McNamara to train “Peace Ministers,” a group of student leaders dedicated to cultivating a culture of peace in their school community. These students gained practical skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and peer leadership, making them role models for their classmates.
